John Conforti Named City Solicitor

The City of Concord is pleased to announce that John Conforti has been confirmed as City Solicitor effective December 8, 2025.

Mr. Conforti has been Acting City Solicitor since former City Solicitor Danielle Pacik left Concord earlier this fall. He came to Concord in July 2024 after serving as Chief Compliance Officer at the New Hampshire Lottery Commission, a role he held since 2018. Prior to that, he worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the New Hampshire Department of Justice from 2012-2018 where he worked in the civil and transportation bureaus. He graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2000 and Fordham University School of Law in 2003.


As City Solicitor, Mr. Conforti provides legal services to the City’s departments and the City Council.


“John has been an excellent addition to the City of Concord and we know that will continue in his role as City Solicitor,” said City Manager Tom Aspell.


Following his confirmation, Mr. Conforti remarked, “I am honored to have been selected by the City Manager and confirmed by the City Council to this important position and look forward to assisting the City’s departments, boards, and commissions in the critical work they do for the citizens of Concord."
