The City of Concord is pleased to announce that Chelsey Michalski has been promoted to the role of Tax Collector/Treasurer effective July 14, 2024.
Prior to her promotion, Ms. Michalski served as the Interim Tax Collector/Treasurer, since May of this year, and was the Deputy Tax Collector/Treasurer, since August 2022. Before coming to Concord, she worked in other accounting roles including Senior Accountant at Control Technologies and Chargeback Senior Specialist at JP Morgan – Chase Paymentech. She holds an AS in Accounting from Manchester Community College and a BS in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
“I am looking forward to continuing my work with the Collections Office and serving the residents of Concord in this as Tax Collector/Treasurer,” she said.
“Chelsey has been a great addition to the City of Concord. She has been the integral part of our team that has successfully implemented new tax collection software, and will serve the City’s residents well in this new role,” said Deputy City Manager of Finance Brian LeBrun.
