Live Music in Concord

Live music is back in Concord this summer! Concord Parks & Rec and Concord Public Library are offering a series of free concerts this summer. Additionally, there are other opportunities to catch some live music in Concord. Here is a round-up.


Concord Parks & Rec Department Concerts Concord Parks & Rec is hosting a series of free Tuesday and Thursday night concerts in June, July, and August. Everyone is welcome to attend.


Nevers Band plays on Tuesday nights at 7 p.m. at various locations around the city. Nevers’ Band Concerts are an exciting & fun experience for the whole family! Their diverse repertoire includes popular numbers, patriotic music, classic orchestral transcriptions, music from motion pictures & more!


TUESDAY NIGHT DATES:

  • June 22: Riverfront Park (behind Everett Arena)

  • June 29: Concord State House

  • July 4: Memorial Field (rain date: July 5) *7:45 p.m. start time*

  • July 13: Eagle Square

  • July 20: Rolfe Park

  • July 27: Keach Park

  • August 10: Riverfront Park (behind Everett Arena)

Thursday night concerts are held in Eagle Square beginning at 7 p.m. and feature a variety of musical acts. Visit the Concord Parks & Rec website or their Summer/Fall brochure (page 8) for more information.

Live Music on the Lawn with Club Soda in June 2019

Concord Public Library – Live Music with the Library Concord Public Library’s Live Music with the Library concert series returns this summer. These concerts are also free to attend.

  • CLUB SODA: June 16, 6:30 p.m., Keach Park (rain date: June 23). Club Soda plays the best of the top 40 hits from the 50s to today.

  • RORY SCOTT BAND: July 21, 6 p.m., Eagle Square (rain date: July 28). The Rory Scott Band is a “hard hitting country band with a rock flair."

  • NICK'S OTHER BAND: August 18, 6 p.m., Library Lawn off of Prince Street (rain date: August 25). Nick's Other Band is a high energy band playing classic rock and more.

OTHER LIVE MUSIC IN CONCORD

Capitol Center for the Arts Concerts The Capitol Center for the Arts is hosting a series of concerts at Fletcher-Murphy Park, 28 Fayette Street in Concord. They began on Sunday, June 6 and run through mid-September. The series features a variety of performers and music styles. Visit the Capitol Center website for more information and tickets.


Concord Arts Market

This summer, the Concord Arts Market will be a monthly event in Rollins Park. This city park provides ample green space, allowing the arts market to grow both in the number of talented art and artisan vendors, but also in the variety of vendors and opportunities, including food, musicians and more!

The first Concord Arts Market will be held on June 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Other dates in Rollins Park include: July 19, September 18, and October 16. From August 19-21, the Concord Arts Market will be part of the annual Concord Market Days Festival and will be located on Main and Pleasant streets from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Visitors can check the event’s website for more information and a list of vendors.


Intown Concord’s Market Days Festival Intown Concord’s 47th annual Market Days Festival is returning to downtown on August 19-21. This free, three-day street festival features shopping, food trucks, family-friendly activities, local artisans, and live entertainment each day from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. Visit Intown Concord’s Market Days entertainment page for more information.

Capital Arts Fest Capital Arts Fest takes place in downtown on September 25-26. This annual free event, put on by the League of NH Craftsmen, features fine craft, food, and also live entertainment. Visit the event website for more details.
